Description: Juliana of Norwich was an English mystic who lived from 1342-1416. Her book Revelations of Love is believed to be the first English-language publication by a woman. The brief text set here (not from her Revelations) displays the simplicity and grandeur that co-exist in her writing. The choral writing is not challenging. The bell part is characterized by a 2-note ostinato played on suspended bells with mallets. Four optional hand chimes may be used for the final chords.
